  1. The DD Recycled Camping Hammock is the same strong and comfortable hammock as the original by design, however the main hammock body is made from approximately 245 recycled plastic bottles. Enjoy increased sustainability alongside the comfort and quality you expect from a DD Hammock, all whilst keeping single-use plastics out of our environment. We plan to expand our range of recycled hammocks and recycled tarps in the near future. 

    Strong and lightweight, and perfectly suited to a range of uses from leisure to wild camping. It also benefits from two breathable zip-open layers; keeping you cool in warm weather, or allowing insertion of an Inflatable Mat between in cooler conditions.

    An integrated fine-mesh mosquito net provides the bug-proofing, giving protection from even the smallest insects like the Scottish midge and mosquitos alike. An ideal choice for year-round use.

    Pre-fitted with 5m of Strong Webbing either side, setting up takes mere minutes - and thanks to the light weight and small pack size, this hammock will not weigh you down on the way to camp!

    The DD Recycled - Frontline Hammock comes ready to set up straight out of the bag. 5m of Strong Webbing pre-fitted on either end provides the suspension, whilst slot-in spreader bars and elastic cord work to suspend the mosquito net (if used) away from the body, giving a roomy area to rest.

    There are 2 pouch pockets on the interior - ideal for storing your valuables and small personal equipment. 4 handy side loops allow you to hang light gear (for example, the DD Beer Holder!) from the side of your hammock, and when the temperature drops you can also use these to assist in fitting the DD Underblanket for insulation.
