As an evolution of the famous MegaMat, the LuxeMat (patent pending) is more comfortable, durable and convenient to use than ever - it's the ultimate mat for your alpine basecamp, car camping, van life or urban nomads.

The unique wool-insulated, organic cotton tricot topper is exceptionally comfortable. It affords superior moisture management due to the inherent moisture-regulating properties of wool and cotton. The wool is certified to the highest animal welfare standard. The 3D construction and thickness of 10 cm provide the best sleeping comfort. The two flat valves facilitate inflation as well as deflation.

Practical side zippers allow gap-free coupling of one or more mats for sociable sleeping and can transform the LuxeMat into a super-insulated couch for use in the basecamp or van. Smaller items can be stored in the pockets on the sides. 

The two side zippers of the LuxeMat allow sleeping bags with side and foot zippers, such as the Comfort line from EXPED, to be attached to it to stop draughts from entering and to attach them in a non-slip manner. When using two LuxeMats zipped together, two linked sleeping bags can also be attached, creating a cozy 'sleeping cave'.

LuxeMat's ripstop shell increases durability and longevity, a core tenet of EXPED's sustainable design philosophy. The core-cover design allows the mat cover to be machine washed.
