The guides are very good and ideal for showing to the public. The Shieldbugs one was not quite as good as the images were photos not nice illustratuions like the others in the set.The colours are a bit odd too.

An excellent product and it WORKS!!! I was expecting problems adjusting to having a stove in a tent. The only problem I had was the heat it created!! soon learned all about the Tentipi ventilation system, mind you. I think the kettle would be a 'must have' accessory. I drink lots of Tea. This stove is an efficient, highly practical and effective device. Once supply wrinkles get smoothed out it will become a legendary product.

Shipping efficient. Merchandise appears good but not yet tested. Not sure what 'Customer Service' rating is supposed to represent, no interaction beyond using online shop, which works well.

Why is shipping more expensive if you order a higher value? This is not good, so I reduced my order.
