No need of customer service, so only given one star as I cannot verify anything above it.
Shipping was lightening fast tho, which says to me the place is probably a well oiled machine. If I had issues I expect they would have dealt with it properly and fairly.

Generally good, but communication with customer needs to improve. I had no notifications other than that the order was received. I messaged the company on Facebook and never had a response from them. Order just showed up with Royal Mail, no tracking or estimated delivery.

Thanks for the feedback Scott, sorry you had this experience. We do send an automated confirmation that the order is on the way to the shipping department . With regards to the facebook this was on automated response so we did not see the message, we have changed this now . Again sorry you had the issue

Good compact saw, light weight but sturdy.
The multi use blade does not cut dry wood very well and cuts in a curve, I think it is the blade and not the blade tension.
I have ordered a Bahco blade to see if that makes a difference.
Sent with Royal Mail 48hrs but took over a week as they must have lost it!

Products arrived in good time, one item faulty. Got a full refund, plus refund of return postage (after some prompting). Not the best customer service from the man I spoke to. Seemed a bit grumpy 😠

The customer service was excellent. I had a problem with a product and they were responsive, communicated well and refunded me in full and quickly. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Well the item appeared to be in stock and was added to the basket payment was accepted but then I got an email saying it wasn’t actually in stock. Refund was quite prompt.

I have used Tamarack for best part of ten - fifteen years and always had good service from them. this was possibly the worst I've had and it was not bad, just not brilliant.

Hello, I don`t have yet get my new DD Hammocks Superlight XL Pyramid Mesh Tent. I hope it will be here in Finland very soon! I truly think that this product will be very nice, light and it will be fit in small space.

Good product. Though item was sold there was a delay in shipping as the product was not in stock. Would have been better if this was made clear on purchase.

Just for information, as far as the package arrived at Frankfurt airport it took 10 days with German DHL to send the package to my destination (approx. 45 km Award from airport)
Maybe you should better use an alternate transport solution like UPS/FedEx etc. for shipments to Germany.
DHL seems to be ridiculous, service as well.
