We offer online as full a range as possible for many of the brands we sell. As a result, we do not always have every item which is on our web site in stock.  If an item is not in stock at the time of your order, we will email you to confirm that it is either on the way to us from our supplier or has been ordered for you.  We will confirm by email the delivery timescales which can be up to 2 weeks. We do this in order to offer our customers as full a choice as possible for all the brands we deal with, giving you the opportunity of ordering many items not available anywhere else in the UK.

If you need an item urgently it is always best to check the stock position prior to ordering.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. We do not store payment card details.

You'll be asked to set up a password to access your account. If you have already registered an account, simply enter your email address and password.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, Contact Us and we will correct the mistake.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. We will indicate acceptance of your order when we send you an invoice.

We accept card payments. If you are shopping from outside the UK, place your order and your card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express and Pay Pal. We debit your account on order confirmation. In the unlikely event we are unable to fulfil the order we will make an immediate refund to your account and email you to confirm.

If you do not wish to pay online, you may send your card information via fax on 01995 671919, or by post or via telephone on 01995 601011. Sending credit card information via email is always unadvisable for security reasons.
